Havering College of Further and Higher Education
We have been a customer of QDP Services for over 10 years, helping us to complete our student, staff, parent, employer and destination surveys.

reporting structure and great customer service that we have always experienced.

Middlesbrough College
In September 2012 Middlesbrough College started using QDP’s Survey Manager online tool.
Our effective partnership with QDP goes back a number of years and has provided us with lots of successful,
informative survey information from students and trainees, as well as staff, parents and employers.
In Survey Manager, QDP has managed to maintain all the customer focus and flexibility of its regular service,
delivering increased responsiveness and, importantly, even better value for money. We have been able to access not only
QDP’s rich bank of questionnaire models but also our own past questionnaires to maintain continuity and save time.
In 2012 we have now increased the number of surveys as a result of having the flexibility of Survey Manager,
whilst still able to take advantage of QDP’s range of delivery methods. This helps us reach as wide an
audience as possible and give more substance to the data we collect.
The support and advice provided by QDP staff with Survey Manager, both during and after each survey is exceptional;
it’s great to know they are there to assist when help is needed. QDP are ahead of the field when it comes to survey management,
with Survey Manager making surveying, so much more effective
Dudley College
QDP Services have administered our student, staff and employer surveys since 2008.
The feedback reports provided have been excellent, allowing us to drill down to
course/group level to really understand what our service users are telling us.
Staff at QDP have offered us advice and guidance and have always met the deadlines
we have agreed. It is extremely useful to have a named contact at the end of a telephone

year as well as the employers we work with and our staff. They have been very flexible

Middlesbrough College uses QDP Surveys for a number of learner groups as well as

with Customer Services get quick resolutions to any issues that occur. QDP delivers

Carnegie College

high quality of service. Staff are helpful and friendly and the surveys offer college
